for future brokers and advisors

Związek Maklerów i Doradców, the Polish association of brokers and investment advisors, runs courses and training that prepare people for capital market exams. We took over development and maintenance of its website and student portal, and redesigned the student dashboard.

ZMiD student dashboard: continue a video lesson, course progress, training materials, schedule and news

Challenge

Courses, recordings, materials and exam dates were all in one portal, but students had to figure out on their own where to start.

ZMiD needed a technology partner to take over development and maintenance of its website and student portal, the central tool for managing its educational offer, VOD courses and exam preparation training.

We took over the platform, modernized its architecture and implemented Stripe payments, so enrollment now works automatically. We redesigned the student dashboard so that after signing in it immediately shows the next step.

From enrollment to the exam

The portal guides students through the entire course, from buying access to the exam date.

The student chooses a course and pays online through Stripe, and access opens automatically.

Recordings divided into sections and topics, with progress saved for every lesson.

Presentations, exercises and exam study guides to download, attached to the course they belong to.

After signing in, students see where they left off, what they can download and what is coming up this month.

At the top of the dashboard, students see the last lesson they watched with a progress bar and go straight back to where they left off.

Courses and materials

The course list shows progress through the topics and lets students return to learning in one click. Below are materials related to the current course: presentations, exercises and exam study guides, color-coded by type and ready to download.

Schedule and news

The calendar brings together live streams, ZMiD member meetings and exams, and filters let students show just one type of event. Alongside are news, job offers and information for association members.

Besides the student portal, we develop the zmid.org.pl website and a landing page that leads new students to the portal.

A homepage that leads straight to a course

The first screen of the ZMiD website says what the course leads to and sends visitors onward with a single button. Below, tiles bring together what sets the association apart: experience, exam preparation, help finding a job and the community.

Courses and exams in one layout

Every course and exam has a card with the same set of information: class format, start date, duration and price. Date selection is on the card, so students compare broker courses and analyst exams without opening more pages.

Capital market job offers

The website shows current job offers with the company, city, work mode and contract type. Offer details collect the key data in tiles (employer, location, work model, employment type and salary range), while responsibilities, requirements and benefits sit in expandable sections with an apply button alongside.

Student portal landing page

The landing page explains what students get after enrolling. Instead of a feature list, it shows parts of the real portal: courses with progress, the materials center, news and the class schedule.

Certificates, Examino and careers

Further sections of the landing page cover what happens around the course: an electronic certificate on completion, exam study in the Examino question bank, and a “Career” tab with job offers in finance.
