    GetReview

    Post-purchase reviews, collected automatically

GetReview is a SaaS platform for online stores. After a purchase it asks the customer for a review, helps moderate it and displays it on the store’s website as text, a photo or a video. We designed and built the store dashboard along with its integrations.

    Challenge

Stores build trust on customer reviews. Asking for a review by hand after every order doesn’t scale.

Reviews work best when there are many of them, they are recent and they appear where the customer makes a decision: on the product page, in the cart and in Google. The store needed a tool that collects them automatically after a purchase and puts them to work in sales right away.

We designed GetReview as a single dashboard: the store connects its platform, sets up a review request campaign, moderates reviews and decides where they appear. Each module has a preview and short instructions, so it can be launched without a developer.

From order to a review on the site

The whole flow runs in the background. The store sets it up once and only comes back to moderate.

    1. 01

      The store connects its platform

Shoper and BaseLinker without a plugin, WooCommerce and PrestaShop through a ready-made plugin or module.

    2. 02

      The customer gets a request

After the order, an email arrives with a review form for the store and the purchased products.

    3. 03

      The review goes to moderation

The store approves, hides or replies to the review, including ones with a photo or video.

    4. 04

      Reviews work in the store

Mini-module, social proof notifications, reviews in the cart, a badge and star ratings in Google.

The whole process in one dashboard

From connecting the store, through moderation, to on-site modules, all in the same place.

    01

    Dashboard and funnel

The dashboard opens with a summary: how many reviews were collected, how many await moderation and how many were rejected, followed by email addresses, requests sent, emails opened and forms started. The funnel shows at which stage customers drop off, and each campaign has its own card with its success rate and review count.

    02

    Campaigns and integrations

A campaign is one store and its settings, split into tabs: store, post-purchase emails, widget, customer questions, moderation, company details and review reward. For each platform the dashboard has step-by-step installation instructions and the status of every campaign.

    03

    Review moderation

Store reviews and product reviews have separate queues. Filters by campaign, photo, video and customer issue make it quick to find reviews that need follow-up, and approving each review takes one click.

    04

    Reviews on the store’s website

The mini-module is a slide-out review panel at the edge of the page, so customers read reviews without leaving the product. Social proof shows short notifications about purchases and ratings, with ready-made frequency scenarios and separate settings for desktop and mobile. Every module has a live preview.

    05

    Video reviews

After leaving a review, the customer can record a short video with the product. The store sets the request copy with a preview and can reward an approved video with a coupon sent by email.

A landing page that explains the product

The product page takes the store from where reviews will appear, through the collection process and SEO, to pricing based on the number of reviews.
